The U-Report Uniendo Voces was a tool for interaction with adolescent and young refugees and migrants from Venezuela. The project was implemented by Viração as part of an international and interagency initiative.

In Brazil, the partnership included UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund), UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), and IOM (International Organization for Migration), all UN agencies.

It was implemented in Latin America in Bolivia, Ecuador, and Paraguay. The goal of U-Report Uniendo Voces was to provide relevant information about services and rights for this population in Brazil and to gather suggestions and opinions. All of this was done through a chatbot that operated on Facebook Messenger and/or WhatsApp.
